Great design starts with strategy.
Reflected Interiors was founded in 2023 by a seasoned strategist who noticed that beautiful and tailored design was out of reach for most people. Without an intimate designer-client relationship, many spaces end up feeling borrowed rather than built — with rooms full of things that look great on Pinterest, but never quite feel like home.
Allison is the lead designer who spent 15+ years helping the world's most influential brands better understand their customers and translate that insight into products, experiences, identities, and more.
She now brings that same discipline to interior design: drawing on ethnographic research methods, behavioral psychology, and design thinking. Her approach was enriched by University of Richmond’s Interior Decorating Professional program.
The result is a discovery process that goes deeper, faster — and spaces that reflect it.
